Final draft ( The educational system in Egypt )

Knowledge and education are the backbone of every society. Knowledge is power and critical to development of any country . Improving the quality of education in Egypt is the number one factor that needs immediate attention. There is a unified call in Egypt for improving primary and secondary education to prepare people for the workforce.

Our educational system suffers from many problems . First, lack of funding results in the lack of buildings and this reduces the number of class rooms which forces too many students into classes and forces schools to work in shifts. Insufficient funds lead to sub par salaries for teachers which affects on their productivity as they are often obliged to earn from other sources in order to live with basic needs. Second, the huge number of students whether in schools or universities affects the quality of education, less interaction between students and teachers, many social problems like quarrels between students render the education meaningless. Third , the methods of teaching used in Egypt are traditional and new methods are usually ignored. The teaching relies upon rote learning and does not take into account new methods such as research and practical learning. Finally, unfortunately the curriculum in egypt lacks new information and is not updated periodically in an accurate way.

There are many solutions that are suggested to develope our eduational system. The government should allow and encourage the role of community organizations to build new schools and universities as this can help in solving the problem of overcrowded schools and universities. Egypt should cooperate with developed countries to see how they improved their systems and on what rules these systems are working. The curriculum needs to be updated on a yearly basis in order to reflect new inventions and discoveries. Text books should be written in a more interesting way eliminating useless material. The curriculum should also be compatible with the needs of students and should be reflective of the traditions and needs of the society. Teachers need to be trained more in order to educate students in a more useful and interesting way. There should be teacher workshops on a regular basis and teachers should be paid competitive salaries so they can concentrate solely on teaching rather than searching for additional work.

There are many problems in education and we are putting in place plans to gradually resolve them. But we cannot solve these problems overnight. Students , teachers and parents should co-operate together to solve this serious problem that determines the future of our country.

outline ( The educational system in Egypt )

Introduction :-
Improving the quality of education in Egypt is the number one factor that needs immediate attention. There is a unified call in Egypt for improving primary and secondary education to prepare people for the workforce.

Body :-
The educational system in Egypt suffers from many problems :-

1.High school teaching, bases mostly on rote and does not give students practical skills and leaves them unprepared for college and hinders their transition to the workplace.
             2.Overcrowded classrooms.
             3. Lack of good libraries or office space for teachers are problems that run through the system from the earliest years to final classes.
4.School textbooks really need to be updated.

Conclusion :-
There are many problems in education and we are putting in place plans to gradually resolve them. But we cannot solve these problems overnight. Students, teachers and parents should co-operate together to solve this serious problem that detemines the future of our country.

Final draft ( facebook )

Facebook has been a widely known name among people who are so into it. People who have their account on Facebook are using more of their time to get in touch with other individuals despite the distance and lack of time. Facebook has been a great community for many people, it has its advantages and disadvantages.

The advantages of facebook are several . Facebook Lets user search for new and old friends . Facebook makes communicating with strangers or individuals you do not know less difficult . Facebook helps you to join groups having corresponding likes and dislikes . Facebook  lets users to check students who are in the same class, living within the same location, or coming from the same academy .

In spite of the advantages of facebook , it also has many disadvantages . Long distance may weaken relationships between people . facebook is unsupported by physical appearance . Stalking is possible in facebook . Acquaintances be labeled as friends . In addition to the addiction of facebook .

In my point of view , in spite of the advantages and disadvantages of facebook , it is still in demand and popular among the young people. There are about 10,000 students who are joining Facebook everyday. We may use facebook to be in touch with our friends and to keep up with current events but we should use it carefully and under supervisor of our parents .
